  1. Time limit: The survey has a time limit without a warning or possibitity to extend the time before it closes.
  2. Logo: Is missing text alternative.
  3. Score selection page: Score can't be changed by keyboard. Workaround: score selector can be operated by keyboard on the next page.
  4. Form inputs: Inputs and their state changes may not have sufficient color contrast.
  5. Lost time slider: Part of the expected keyboard interaction is not supported. Slider activates the functionality on down-event and the event can't be cancelled.
